At Everything Grace, each item is thoughtfully made just for you after your order is placed. Because our products are custom made-to-order, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to a change of mind or incorrect size selection.
That said, your happiness with your purchase is truly important to us.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at everythinggrace.shop@gmail.com or call/ Text us at (424)-234-3492. Please include your order number and photos of the issue, and we will gladly work with you to make it right.
If a replacement or refund is approved, it will be issued at no additional cost to you.
